The project

The project replaces six single storey retail units with a single flexible retail space, sitting below 28 residential units.

eye-kon produced exterior CGIs for this project located in the London Borough of Wandsworth, in cooperation with Davy Peter Smith Architects.

Planning was granted in July 2017. Construction started in the first quarter 2018.

Our work

The photomontages convey the potential for the project in the regeneration of the local area. Eye-kon was asked to insert the project into the broader urban context, highlighting external finishes, flint and ground floor and white brick above.
