The project

eye-kon delivered marketing visuals during the refurbishment of One Puddle Dock, a dated 1970s office building just above Blackfriars Station.

Our work

Besides the white-canvas interiors, which now make the building suitable to a broad range of potential corporate lessees, the CGIs also focused on the other key selling point of the Category A refurbishment - the terrace. This offers a wide sensational panoramic view of the London skyline, from St Paul Cathedral to Tate Modern.

The 3D visuals for the remaining office floors focus on the versatility and the brightness of the space.

The visuals have being used to market the space to potential new tenants prior to project completion via bespoke marketing brochures and a dedicated website.
