The Jam Factory | Oxford

The Project

The Jam Factory is a Grade II listed building that dates back to 1903. Former home of Frank Cooper's marmalade business, the four-storey building is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment which aims at retaining many of the original Edwardian features while accommodating large open plan office spaces.

Our Work

The exterior visuals emphasise the original features of the building, such as the red brick and limestone detail, whilst conveying the refreshed look-and-feel of the refurbished facade and entrance lobby.

The interior CGI highlights the key features of the restoration design, which includes refurbished windows, painted feature brickwork and retained wood floors.
