The project

The scheme provides five unique office floors, for which eye-kon produced interior images and 360 Virtual Tours for marketing material to be used during the refurbishment. 

Black Bull Yard is a spectacular new development behind the retained facade of a former Victorian warehouse. In the heart of Clerkenwell, it is now a much coveted property for residential and commercial use.

Our work

Eye-kon provided exterior CGIs and Pano360 views for the carefully designed approach from Hatton Wall and the newly landscaped courtyard reception. 

The confined space in which the reception area is located would have made any other traditional visuals rather ineffective. This is another example of the possibilities that VR solutions have opened for marketing purposes. 

eye-kon was asked to produce a photorealistic CGI of a media-style office with exposed brickwork and services and featuring break out areas and open spaces. The decor and the props were entirely left to our discretion to showcase the potential of the space and reflecting the most contemporary interior design trends in this area of London.

About 360 Virtual Tours

This type of images can be easily embedded in marketing websites or shared privately as a secure link. Alternatively, they can be downloaded as files and viewed in gyroscope on most hand-held devices.

Estate agents prefer using Pano360 on hand-held devices while on site with potential clients, enabling the polarisation of their device to have the most realistic look and feel of an unbuilt / unfinished project.

For the stereoscopic version, we recommend using the Samsung Gear VR to best appreciate the high quality of the image.
