The project

eye-kon provided external CGIs to secure planning permissions for the residential scheme designed by Davy Smith Architects.

The scheme provides 60 new affordable homes to the Limehouse area. The development is located on a disused brownfield site, previously used for storage by English National Opera. It provides off-site affordable housing for HOK’s 67-storey Hertsmere House development planned in Canary Wharf. 

Dalgleish St was granted planning 17 February 2016.
