The Project

Located in the vibrant Vauxhall, just next to the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens, the Hudson has been transformed into a 23,000 sq ft office accommodation, which provides exceptional light-filled work spaces, a club area with dedicated concierge and an easy-to-use rear access and bike storage for the two-wheeled commuters. 

Our Work

The exterior photomontages reproduce the original features of the building and showcase the new design of the rear terrace and courtyard, which is easily accessible via the river path and comprehends a new bike storage facility.

The reception CGI conveys the contemporary and design-led interiors, which feature a bespoke copper reception desk, feature lighting and multi-function spaces.
